Equip Empower For Action
Eden Climate Centre is an initiative that seeks to equip and empower economically vulnerable children, youth and women with relevant life skills, climate adaptation and climate policy skills to enable them adopt to climate change by taking the relevant climate action in their communities.
It acts under the urgency of the fact that, the triple planetary crisis of climate change, pollution and biodiversity loss are on the rise unless urgent ambitious global action is undertaken to reduce carbon dioxide emissions and reduce rising global temperatures.
We operate under a three-prong approach of climate literacy, climate innovation, and climate policy skills.

Our mission is to contribute to sustainable solutions by fostering climate literacy, building the capacity of participants with technical skills, and championing initiatives like the Children's Climate Assembly
We are dedicated to addressing the dual challenges faced by the most vulnerable members of Mombasa County in the wake climate change. Our missions revolves around overcoming the lack of climatr competencies that hinders adaptive action among affected groups and holding duty bearers acountable for constitutional obligations
Our Three-Prong Approach
We employ a comprehensive three-pronged strategy to address climate challenges and empower communities.
Climate Literacy Hubs
We collaborate with local primary and secondary schools in delivering ten-week climate literacy workshops to economically under privileged children across the country. This program addresses the knowledge gap amongst the youthful population on climate risks and strategies of averting climate related risks.
Climate Innovation & Tech Hub
We provide capacity building sessions to children from tender ages of eight (8) years to provide them with disruptive cutting-edge climate smart and climate technological know-how to navigate the triple planetary crisis.
Climate Policy Hub
We build the capacities of children with knowledge applied in the national and international legal framework on climate change, including climate change advocacy, public speaking, debating, and conducting mock parliamentary proceedings.
