During the Children Climate Innovation Summit, an intensive debate was conducted by the Environmental Club UoN Msa on the topic "Investing in an efficient public transport system is the most efficient strategy of reducing carbon emissions in cities." After an emotionally evocative preliminary round involving all three schools, Changamwe Girls emerged victorious and won the Eden Climate Debate Championships Trophy. The event also featured climate innovative business ideas presentations, with nine out of twelve ideas focusing on reuse of plastic bottles to create vases and pencil holders.
